This week is going to be a bit different. I will be training Mon/Tues (done) Wed,Thurs. Normally would have taken Wed off and come back for Thurs/Fri. But I have a Wedding in Jasper Friday and we are staying up their untill Tues. I will be able to workout up their on Monday - but I thought it would be a good idea not to take wednesday off.

Monday nights workout was a good one. Feeling strong and numbers are coming back up.

Tuesday worked out at 4:00am - Weights were low , going off of 3 hrs sleep and back to work. Going to try and catch a nap today and possibly do some cardio. As long as I can get some quality recovery time I should be able to come back strong tomorrow.

Got my Xtend (green apple ) yesturday - nice to have a flavor change , been stuck with watermellon the last few times. Which isin't a bad flavor I just get sick of it.

Since being back from the Mountains , my diet is back on point. We just picked up 310lbs of fresh organic beef from my uncle and it was just over $200. Not bad ! Mostly hamburger , but lots of steak .

I managed to get in a full body workout in Jasper as I went to the comunity center for about 1.5hrs on Monday. I did do lots of cardio while up their. White Water Rafting , Golfing , Lots of walking. Up trails and went to the summit of one. The kids and dog got to play in the snow - Felt nice on the hot day.

Back in the gym on Monday July 14th. Hopefully the new gym in town will be open then. Just focusing on diet and cardio now.

Been a few weeks since I've updated. I have dropped my training to 3 times a week , just been too busy to hit the 4th. With the nice weather here camping and time with the family is number one - but I still do manage to get into the gym. Not much to add.
