Im at the gym on my itouch(luv this thing) and have come to the conclusion that I need a deload. I will bang out some east stuff since I'm here but I take 3days off fully then come in with a new program (from dark) Monday. My goal has not change I still want to hit some high numbers (500/600 should be the name of this journal ) and I think I will be able to work on my weak points with this.

It happens to the best of us. The real trick is how you turn it into a future advantage. Deloading now (rather than pushing through a couple sub-par weeks) may help you achieve your goal that much sooner.

Deloading and eatting some yummy food ( pizza ) always makes me want to come back stronger.

Going to the center today to do some Low Intense cardio and maybe play some basketball or something ! Can't just sit around all day and get fat ! lol.

I will and did

Weekend was nice and relax - the boys had hockey so I got to go on the ice and get a quick cardio workout in . Also walked the dog a few times. Enjoying this nice weather because it will be snowing soon !

Going to try and get into the gym Monday morning before work ( around 4:30am and start this new program.

Just an quick observation I'll point out.

Look at TALO's numbers, which are extremely impressive btw, and if you guys were to read some of our PM's and emails back and forth over the past few years, you'd see a guy whose name should be "Spongebob" with the way he understands and absorbes what he needs from the people in this forum.

Here's a guy who is very advanced, who doesn't overcomplicate things, and doesn't do anything that doesn't serve a PURPOSE. Very smart dude who is fully capable of training himself, yet also asks all the right questions and takes everything you say to heart. If something's off, he has the faith to change something, and his numbers reflect that. Definately not the type of internet jockey that will "find another way" to use an exercise he doesn't need.

Mad props to this man!! This is one guy who can email me anytime!
