Thanks for the words fella's

DH - I have to wear the shirt only when I can get the help . Like you said there is alot that goes into it and there is no way I could do it by myself. Mike is the other guy in there and it's hard to get in together as our work scheduals differ. He's off now because he is in a meet Saturday morning
(wish I could go and watch) so he took a week off and did some cardio to lose a few extra lbs. I think he's coming in at 240.
Then Tammy's there to hold the boards , excellent women she is.

Hopper - If you ever find yourself over in the part of the world , we be training together forsure, bro !

Monsta - That shirts hurts bad. I'm all cut and bruised now .

Took today off.

I forgot to mention this earlier. For benching 500, I was expecting a scream or yell or something.

I'm still following that program you gave me. With the exception of useing the shirt for my last to workouts.

I'm thinking of picking up some briefs very soon to help with my dead and squat.

Do you think I should make some adjustments to my scheduale ? Maybe change it up a bit so that I can work on some lock out stuff ? Speed work ?

Just finish out what you're doing, then reevaluate. Worst thing you can do is get some new equipment, then retool your entire purpose: Increasing raw strength. Even the biggest benchers can still press 500 completely raw. Skarhead, a friend, has said lately all he's been doing is shirted work, and it really hurt his pressing off the chest. Even with speed work in there, it's a totally different animal. As you know, the shirt does the first part for you.

Westside doesn't really do any shirt work at all unless you're getting used to it. It's just a matter of finding a comfort level and your groove. But as for actual shirt work, they don't do it because it's really the same thing as floor presses with a 120 lbs of chains, or 3-4 board presses, ect.

I would stick to your raw strength. Then reevaluate adding in equipment here and there IMHO.
