Thanks.

Jan 14th

Worked up to 405 with no gear.

Suit on
455 x 1
500 x 1 (knee wraps)
550 x 1
600 x 1

Lock outs
655 x 3
700 x 4
755 x 2

This took 1.5hrs so I didn't have any time to work on the rest of stuff. Oh well I'm happy with these numbers.

I tried to take a video of the 600 ( for dept ) but it was on still frame and not video

It's a bit too big in the legs ( My f'n chicken legs just arent growing !!! ).

But yeah it hurts every time ,Monsta. Under the suit I am wearing briefs too , so the pinch points are there and I'm always marked up after.

Tomorrow I'm supost to do heavy bench with my shirt , but I need to find someone to come to the gym with me.

damn. sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to make gains. have you ever tried more volume instead of heavy weight to try and make your legs grow?

Yup. I've done it all. And everything works , it just takes time. Of course my legs have grown over the years , just had a very late start on training them. And being over 6'1 it takes more time. They just don't look as big because of the height.

Right leg = 26.5 "

Left leg = 26.5"

at least they are both equal
