There is an article from a couple of guys at GUS explaining single work pretty well I think. It should clear up most of this stuff about warming up versus acclimation and percentages, etc.

http://www.gustrength.com/training:singles

The disagreements I think come from starting with completely different premises of how to structure it. So this explains my take and Kane's. Even though I've already explained my take many times in other posts which is why I'm not going to go through it all again here.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Feb 27th ( 5am )

Deadlift
3x8 @ 315 ( Fucking heavy , not sure if it's because of the time but ....)

Lat Pulldowns
3x10 @ 170

Face Pulls
3x10@50

Barbell Curls
3x12 @ 75

Too Early for me , and that's why I hate the day shift.
