March 11th

Bench Press: 5x4 @ 275

Then I took advantage of having my training partner there and put on my shirt ,worked 450 for 2x1 and 500 2x1 - Finally Touched the 500 and about 1" away with the 450. Did have a few sticky points with the 500 , but I will be able to work them out before July . My chest , armpits and triceps are ripped UP !!

Went on to close grip bench press 3x8 with 225 ( this felt light )

Dips with 30lb chains 3x10

Hammer grip shoulder dumbbell press 3x8 with 80's

I might try to get into the gym tomorrow as I'm leaving for Vancouver early Friday morning and wont be able to get into the gym then.

Spent a few days in Vancouver ( 5 ) got in a few workouts but nothing special. The diet was best only while in the city not so much on the road. Weight went up but there are so many factors that play in here : Lack of Water , food , exercise , stress , lack of sleep. Give this week to come back down to the 225 mark and I will be good.

Tonights workout - March 18th
Squats 6x2 @ 475
Leg Press 3x8 @650
Extensions and Curls 3x8 each.

Abs and Calf work will be done also
