Started off doing speed deads, but got caught up in it and went for a max.
535x1 - grip work has been paying off as I was able to hold it for a good 10seconds at the top

Shirted up to a 1RM of 405 - The shirt was a big one , so it didn't give me much suport. No one in the gym so I had to use this one in order to put in on myself.

Missed my DE bench day. First miss in a long time.

ME squat
Worked up to 495 x 1 , then jumped right up to 585 and failed. All done with wraps only. Took to big of a jump and couldn't come back up. I made a few inches and failed. Didn't have my regular training partners either....
SSB good mornings 3x10 with 45's on each side.
Ended with abs.
Felt tire today and not really in the mood to be there
