Same shirt as before I just haven't worn it very much. This may be the 5th time I've use this one. I'm not sure what it is but the size is 54 single Metal wear , it is slowly getting worked as this was the first time I've been able to touch with anything less than 500. I might drop to 52 double ( a friends old shirt that is really worked in)

Speed squats
5x2@185 withgreen bands around two DB's (added 135)
4x2@225+grrens - put on suit with straps down to get some extra speed and it help

Rack pulls , knee hight
445x4
445x4+60lb chains
535x3 + chains
535x3 + chains
265 x10 , quick

Pull throughs 4x15@150
hanging ab raises 2x5
standing ab pulldowns 3x15@150

May 24th

ME Squat

Low box squat w/ stong bands (200 ish top, 100 ish bot) - 45x7, 95x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x3, 315x3, 365x3, 405x3.

The 405 was a nasty lift - I did get all three , but only the first one was done with good form.

Roman Deads
3x6 @ 315

Back Extensions
4x12 bw

Abs

Thanks , guys.

I'm being slack with the camera , but will work on that. I found it easier to remember when i was training alone as I would need it more to look at for form. Since I've got a few guys to train with now it's always being left behind.

Warmed up with 45x12 , 95x10 , 135x8 , 185x5 , 225x3 , 285 x 3 , 315x1

Put on Shirt for a max 3 board
365x1
405x1
455x1
485x1 fail
455x1

Incline Press 3x5 @ 225
Tri Push downs 4x12 @ 100
Side Raises 2x12 @ 25
Side Raise "cable" 2x12 @ 20

The shirt was a big to big in the chest ( I was swimming in the chest , but it was tight in the arms/tri's ) Can't remember the name of it.

Will try and stick to the singlet Metal

Missed my workout yesterday so I did it today.

DE squat

Speed squats worked up to 285 plus green bands 8x2 - speed and form felt great! I put on a double ply with straps down to do this. Sure makes a big difference and helps get the weights up higher.

Pull throughs 4x12
Back extensions 4x12
Standing abs and ball abs.

Lower back was fried after this.

FINALLY , I got a workout in !! Work has been crazy 200hrs in 15 days... SOme good O.T , but no training.

Went in today and did some speed squats ...

225 for 8x3. Nice and light. Quick speed and good form.

Hams raises
Back Extensions
Abs

Basically just wanted to get back in. I don't think I've suffered to much , but wont be able to tell until Monday when I try and hit 650lbs.
