Thanks.

Nov 18th - 5am

Military Press 135x5 , 150x5, 170 x5 +1 ( Moved my hands in closer , index finger was on the edge of the smooth part of the bar. With my hand this close the weight was heavier and I couldn't get the bar to touch my chest on the way down , but I'm not worried about that).

Cable Rear Delts - 3x15 @ 40

Lying DB Extensions 2x15 @ 25's : This was done by bringing the DB's to my forhead then rolling my elbows back for a good stretch and pushing them up quick. Didn't tape , but if I find that video of Louie showing it this way I will post it.

You are doing a slight push press and not quite strict military press. I don't know if this matters to you. The only effect I can see this would have would be more emphasis on lockout (tris) and less on the intial lift (shoulders). Which I guess could be good for your training... aka shirted bench --> lockout heavy.

Sorry, I guess I'm just mumbling out loud now. lol Let me know if anywhere close to being correct.

It's the soft landing technique , lol . Takes lots of pressure off my lower back . I use my legs as well to help with the start of the press so I guess it's a push press .

Just how I feel it , not sure if it's right. I do feel in my front delts tho

Oh it definitely still works the shoulders. I dont' even know if I would call it a push press as push press you would trying to achieve as much drive from your legs as possible and your arms would basically just be supporting the weight and aiding it up. I guess it must be some type of hybrid. lol

Strong pushing nonetheless.

I found the spreadsheet for the 5/3/1 program but I'm having trouble finding the article to go with it. Help a brother out? lol
