One thing I have been thinking about and reading about is the Paleo Diet and i think I'm going to make the switch to this. It is basically very similiar to what I'm doing now , but I will be adding in fruit . Mainly berries.

Could be worse...my wife is on a vegetarian kick and it is killing me. No steak, chicken, pork, eggs, etc..... (at the house, at work it is game on dammit....can't live without meat!!)

But I hear you about the sugar in the coffee.

If that's your only issue with the diet then there are ways around that.... Splenda or another sweet supplement.

WTF ? There is no way she could keep meat out of my house. If she wanted to eat that way fine , but I would never stop...
