Feb 1st

Didn't make it to the gym so I found something to do at work.

Grabbed some Nitrogen Bottles ( 62.5kg ) and carried them about 200ft . Did this 3 times.

Last nights cheap meal was 2 small slices of pizza and about 6 wings. Nothing drastic .

Weight is 236lbs

Hell no . Very awkward too. 62kg never felt heavier , lol.

So May 29th , 2010 is the GPC Nationals in Calgary. Once we get back from vacation it's on !!!

I might even be able to hit a training session with Darkhorse while I'm there , hopefully there is time for that.

I originally thought you meant 8lb since your last weigh in... I thought that was a bit of craziness. lol

8lb though, nice.

In 12 days I've only dropped .7 lbs ( going off the wii ) . A few small cheats in there. I'm happy that it is a slow process. It has slowed down since I've stopped weighing my food . Which tells me that I might have to start because I'm prob taking in a bit too many cals ( nuts are the enemy here ) .

Today is going to be a heavy squat day so my strength will be put to the test. I haven't gone heavy in awhile so hopefully I can still get 500!!

My morning willne spent stretching and eating as I got a good 10hrs sleep last night , so everything should be perfect in that way.

I've lost about 9 lb in about 4 months. I'm pretty happy with my progress as well.

Hoping to hit the 10lb mark in the next 2 weeks. We shall see.

Good luck with your squatting.
