With the 3 day a week style I will have great recovery. Nothing is in stone so I worked out the last two days and now I will take the next two off . That session yesterday really knocked me out. Knees feel like they are on fire today. Then again if I feel real good I may get 4 days in a week , but as long as I do the 3 I will be in good shape.

Morning weight is 232lbs. Fucking eyes hurt too

Everything is done raw . Belt only can't even use wraps.

good hip warm up and foaming for my lower back.

315x1
390x1
440x1 ( may have been high )

I was really hoping to hit 500 but I don't think it will happen.

I will start with 420 for my meet and play it from there.

High squats 8" travel
475x3
515x3
570x3
605x3

done.

One more heavy bench and deadlift session. Massage on Sunday , then 5 days off.

Good meet.

Weight was just were I left it at 232. I should have cut to 220 because there was some big fuckers ( prob 250+) . Anyways , I came 3rd for weight and first for age.

My total was 1251 ( 100% raw and drug tested )

Squat - 425
Bench - 303 - this is where I fucked up.
Dead - 522
From what I remember. I should have done better , I fucked up on my bench big time. Not sure why , maybe it was because I didn't warm up proper , maybe because I wasn't eatting , maybe because the touch had to be just below the nipples and not the belly ( some where called on that ) , maybe my form as I had to be flat footed and not toes... Anyways , whatever the case is , I know what the judges are calling and what to expect from worlds.

My lower back has been killing me - living on Aleve and Robaxasol ( sp?) I've had one massage and that helped , will be going for another.

Training starts Monday - 8 weeks and counting !!
