Been a long time since i've looked at this.

Powerlifting is done. but i did host a meet last year ( western canadian raw )

I've had knee surgery ( ACL ) and i'm only lifting twice a week. Weight is down to 214 ( as of this morning ) 10 weeks ago it was 230. Been on a nice cut for 10 weeks and if I had to guess I'm about 9-10 % BF.

THe thing is I'm finally feeling good again. 35 , busted back, knee , shoulders, hips all from hard training. NOw i lift twice a week only , do cardio every day ( just walking ) and I do NOT eat carbs. Love the high fat high protein way of life.

Just thought I'd stop in and update for my own notes. It's nice to look back at the years to see how things have come.

Hey man,

Nice to see you back. Sounds like you're pretty banged up from power lifting but good to hear you're feeling good again overall.

You'll find that it's DEAD here. Just me. I basically just keep posting my journal for the sole purpose of record keeping.

ha

Hey bud. I'm not posting much of anywhere anymore. Canadabodybuilding.com i like but that's about all.

my training has done a complete 180 no more powerlifting. im doing lots of running , push ups, pull ups, KB exercises. of course i still squat/bench/deadlift but not as heavy as i use to.
Doing the spartan races and getting my endurance up. Trying to be healthyier in my old age , haha. my weight is around 215 and bf if i was to guess around 10-15 % hard to tell.

what about you ?
