I haven't had a lot of personally pm's or anything with TALO but I know from observation that that is all true.
Another person I give props to for the same reasons is Pity. As goofy as he is
He is a guy who does not get emotionally caught up in his "programs". A guy who can start out being objective right from the beginning...WAY ahead of the game.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Look at TALO's numbers, which are extremely impressive btw, and if you guys were to read some of our PM's and emails back and forth over the past few years, you'd see a guy whose name should be "Spongebob" with the way he understands and absorbes what he needs from the people in this forum.
Here's a guy who is very advanced, who doesn't overcomplicate things, and doesn't do anything that doesn't serve a PURPOSE. Very smart dude who is fully capable of training himself, yet also asks all the right questions and takes everything you say to heart. If something's off, he has the faith to change something, and his numbers reflect that. Definately not the type of internet jockey that will "find another way" to use an exercise he doesn't need.
Mad props to this man!! This is one guy who can email me anytime!

Haha - Spongebob ! Good One. Only sometimes I feel like I keep asking you the same shit over and over again. Your always there to set me right and set me up with a new style of training to help me break thru new levels and numbers. So thanks !
I have learned more from this site then any other site . There is such a wide variety of knowledge on here ( I'm not going to start listing everyone because you all have a spot in my heart ). The different styles of training that go on , from powerlifting to bodybuilding to endurance style and general health , form and posture. It just blows me away !

Hit the gym at 4:45 am and was out of there by 5:20am.
Military Press 3x5 - 135,145,135.
* This is something that I haven't done in a long, long time. I had no clue where to start - 135 felt heavy and 145 even heavier - don't get me wrong I could have gotten 185 for 5 if I went for it , but starting out I should be around 75% of my 1RM and since I don't know where that is It's all best guess. Next week I think I have to start first set at 80% and I may use 135 again and go from there.
I did 3 sets of dips with just bodyweight , the first 2 sets I got up to 20 and the third set I did 16. These where basically to failure. Next week I will add 10-20lbs
Moved on to one arm DB rows - This is something else I haven't done is a long time. 3 sets of 12 with 80lb db.
Doing these exercises that haven't been done is many years is sure a shock to the system.
I also noticed this morning I woke up and my left knee and upper forarm were sore/tight. I haven't taken Cissius for about 1 week. So I started taking it again this morning.

My lifts will be based on a certain percent of my 1RM ( like most programs ).
SO....
Box Squat 1RM = 500
Decline Bench 1RM = 375 ( not 100% on this , but the last time I did 350 for 3)
Military Press = ? Will use 200
Deadlift = ? Will use 405
This is also a 4 day program done on a M/W/F/M split. Saturday will be GPP.
***Sorry Boston fans , but TB is off to the World Series****

4:30 wake up - 4:50 at the gym
Deadlifts 3x5 275,285,300 : This was a nice light weight to start with. Since I haven't done these in a long time I wasn't sure what weight to pick. I taped the last set of this so that you all can judge my form. It will be up later tonight - can't do it at work.
Plate swings 3x20 with 25lb plate. I do not have KB , so I used plates. Seems to work alright ! I taped this to.
Reverse Crunches 2x25 .
Done @ 5:30
I worked out on an empty stomach , Drank my Xtend throughout the workout and sipped on 50g whey 60g maltodextrine for my post shake, took me about 20 mins to finish it. The plate swings took a toll on me and I think if I have food in my stomach it would have been on the ground , that's why I didn't just slam my shake.
