Thanks.

Not the near future , but I've never ruled them out. The older a guy gets I think if he wants numbers to climb it's a must . But I've got at least 5 more years of being natural left, or more.

Well you've definately got good strength and lots of experience in the gym so I would put you as a much better candidate that most. Also, you're not an idiot. So that helps. hahaha

Hammer Grip DB presses 5x10 @75
Upright Rows 4x10 @ 95
Cable Rows 4x10 @170
BB curls 4x10 @ 95

Haven't had a workout since Friday , will go tonight for some dynamic work.

Jan 21st

DE(lower)

Speed squat 255 x 8x3
Front Squat 4x6 @ 225
Good Mornings 4x10 @ 245
Pull Throughs 4x12 @ 120

Ab roller 4x10 from knees.

Speed was good ( I think , will try and get the video up later ) Weight was good on all sets.

Diet has been so-so. Will be better when scheduale clears up a bit. At work it's great at home it's not
