well a sluggish morning workout beats a sleep in and an egg mcmuffin anyday. well as far as progress goes... sign me up for sleeping in on a non-gym day.

March 4th

Bench 6x4@255
Db shoulder press 3x8w/75's
Close grip bench 3x8 w/135
Dips 3x10

March 6th

Deadlifts 6x4@365
Lat pulldowns 3x8@180
Good Mornings 2x6 @ 315
Bb curl 3x8@90
Db shrugs 3x8@110

Been a longgg time since I've done shrugs, but all in all the last two workouts where great a think I will get stronger with this program dispite what I and others thought. But only time will tell. Diet has been spot on with only carbs coming from wms and some popcorn.
