Good stuff. You did hitch pretty bad though on that last DL attempt. You're definitely strong enough to do it without hitching though. It must have sucked pulling in a suit & belt for the first time! That was a solid bench attempt. Way to grind it out. I bet you were seeing stars after that one

First workout back from holidays was a very shitty one.

Military Press
135x5 , 145x5 , 155 x5

Bent over rows
135x15,15,15

Dips ( BW )
15,15,15

Tricep pushdowns
80x15,15,15

It's been way to long since I've done Military Presses , so I thought I need to get them in on a more regular basis. I am going to be starting the 5/3/1 program and prob run it for 3-4 months.

Thanks , Joker.

Yesterday's workout

Squat ( deep )

warmup
330x5
375x3
405 - didn't attempt

continued on and did back raises and abs , but couldn't do any lunges as I planed. This last month off has killed me. My diet is shit and I drank way to much.

Hamstrings felt so tight doing th 375 that I didn't want to finish and possibly injury my self. I will continue on with the 5/3/1 as is and come back to these numbers next sunday . Hopefully everything will start to come around.

Bench tonight !
