Sept 18th

Deadlift 3x3 @ 325 , 370 , 415

Hack Squat : 3x7,8,11 @ 270, 180,180
ss w/
Pull-ups - BWx12,11,10

Pull Thru - 3x12,@ 100

Abs - Ax Chops.


Taking a few extra days off has helped . Been feeling a bit under the weather , so I didn't want to push it. Back in tonight !
