Squatted for the first time today .

315x5
335x5
360x5 - fail

this was heavy. Hips are tight , took a while to warm up. I've got to treat every workout the same and I'm not doing that.

Wake up , eat , wait , train , eat ..... Repeat.

I'm too much in the habbit of not prepareing for the gym.
