Default Norcal's Journal

Alright. Up until recently I've been taking the easy way out with bench (using the machine) but today I started using the free weights; it's basically like starting from scratch. I'm kinda shaky 'cause I got no stabalazier muscles but otherwise my form is pretty good.

My diet is good so I think I can make some decent progress quick. I'm gonna try to increase everything by 10lbs a week. I'm lifting mon-wed-fri and I do cardio tues-wed-thurs.

5'10
150lbs

Feel free to critique or help me improve my routine

i would stick to five pound increases for awhile. squats and deads on the same day will wear you out after awhile. what do wed/fri look like?
