right now i would guess it's pretty low. i can see damn near six abs...but i do have some wee little love handles.....they're actually kinda firm though

Thats the one thing I hate about obliques... they look great when you're cut but if you're just a touch fat it just looks like love handles. hahaha Oh well.

I didn't know those were called band pulldowns. I do them almost every workout.
