Cool, I want a Manta Ray, but the puss pad will suffice for now, that sure makes squatting tough.

11/22/08

thoracic/scap/fullbody mobility/front plate squats

-Front Squat 5rm - (100, 110, 115, 120) x 5.....125 x 5 x 2

-Stepdowns - 3 x 3 each leg

-Face pulls - 25, 3 x 17

-loaded front planks - 10, 2 x 50 sec.

-dead bug statics - 2 x 35 sec.

used the stingray for the first time today....definitely feels more balanced, and feels great on the shoulders.

got a vid of the 120, and 125...and the epic fail on 130...and a video of the stepdowns....they need some work....my lower back is nowhere close to set....definitely felt these in the hips

on the facepulls...i'm searching online for new pulley's tonight. for something that will like....work. right now the part that is supposed to spin...doesn't spin, so my rope just drags across it. so no telling how much i'm actually pulling. when the thing actually spins...25 is super light
