Weighted planks are cool. Also plank walkouts. This is basically where you walk your hands out similar to if you were doing an ab roller or bar rollouts. You take the hands out front as far as you can and hold for time. In terms of difficulty the walkouts are harder, btw.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

LOL, Planks weren't difficult enough. We have to come up with ways to make them more grueling.

i love the extra force the weight applies...plain old planks work you hard....but resisting that weight adds alot more benefit IMO.

rdl's: 140 x 5, 150 x 5, 155 x 5

stepups: 40, 3 x 7 (very strict)

pullup/inverted rows: 3 x 8

wall slides w/ 5 second hold at bottom: 3 x 6

dip shrugs: 3 x 15

sluggish as hell today...woke up with some sinusy shit. rest periods were quite long no leaning forward on stepups to get momentum...not going all the way down on my foot...staying on toes. also on the wall slides...i flattened my lower back against the wall as best i could. they were tough

got vids of the rdl's:
