I absolutely agree. Little Debbie cakes are one of the most affordable gainers out there. The last time I bought them at WalMart, the cost was $1.24 for a box. That's a good deal. Most of the Little Debbie cakes have only 200 calories. You shouldn't discriminate.

deload

mp - 90, 2 x 5

pushups - 20, 20

dragon flags - with legs as straight as i could manage - 3 x 2

so that's the good news. bad news is…playing wii later in the day…boxing…had a really sharp pain run from my upper trap…down through my shoulder….mostly through my tricep, and then down into my forearm. so. stopping in at the doctor tomorrow, see how soon i can get an mri. both shoulders are not feeling so good later in the day. they have been feeling iffy for awhile…but nothing like this. almost have an impingement type feeling, like if i try to move my arm a certain way, it feels like something inside is blocking it….then a little bit of pain as it moves past that block. need to get this shit ironed out. if it ain't one thing it's a motherfuckin nother.

xrays show nothing...so it's not bone spurs....but maybe they'll show up on the mri waiting for doc to call me with my mri appointment. the back of my scapula feels quite warm thanks fellas.

not being able to do upper body stuff doesn't really bum me out. but i will miss deadlifting :(

Yes I've done them for a little bit. Nothing really heavy yet though. I wanted to practice them in higher reps first before rotating them in as a ME exercise.
