Dude your squats were really fantastic. I think Eric will be VERY proud

Great work, pity. All that hard work paid off real good. You've inspired me to take these more seriously. I already got that ball rolling last week but now these are #2 on my priority list

all this sitting around is making my hip flexors tight....and stretching doesn't seem to help...so i did some ultra light front squats on the low box...always seems to help loosen them up.

and did some pistols with my non working leg going behind me instead. and some TA stuff on the foam roller. this week went pretty fast...which is good....cuz i have a feeling...i'm gonna be off work for awhile

single leg gm's - 40, 3 x 10

parallel box pistols - 3 x 10

some ab stuff.

two single leg things in a day are tough…i'm finding
