none in the back. and not really any in the shoulder either...both of them feel "warm" most of the day...i suppose that's the stupid recurring tendonitis. when i get the cash...i'm gonna go in for some graston technique.

a1: conv deads: 170, 3 x 5
a2: uni rdl's: 35, 3 x 10
a3: bw pullups: 4 x 7
a4: zottman curls: 20, 3 x 8

3 minutes in between quad sets....almost puked once. fun tho.

weekend relaxation time.

pretty damn fun workout. well under an hour.

unilateral military press - 40, 4 x 5

pullups - bw, 4 x 7

pushups - +25, 2 x 14

swiss ball rollouts - 2 x 14

miniband facepulls - 2 x 17

RC circuit


only took like 32 minutes. thinking i might not do a damn thing next week....just mobility and foam rolling.

July 24th is the weigh in and July 25th is the day.

I need to cut off 10lbs to make the 220> . Not like it matters where my weight is , but I like the challenge so I'm getting together a nice game plan for these last 3 weeks and hopefully come in around 218 on Friday morning and by Saturday be back to 230+
