incline bench - 5RM - 143.....138, 2 x 5
neutral grip bench - 103, 2 x 9
unilateral shoulder press - 30, 2 x 8
side bends - 30, 2 x 10
oh shrugs - 70, 2 x 10
face pulls - double mini band, 2 x 15
very quick....done in 40 minutes. i look forward to wednesday of next week....might eventually switch out uni press for unilateral pushups
