9/9

incline bench - 1RM - 170 x 1 x 2 (pr)....175 x miss x 2

neutral grip bench - 115, 3 x 9

wood chops - miniband, 2 x 10

oh shrugs - 60, 2 x 10

farmer walk - 35's, 1 x 1:15

was kinda pissed i couldn't get 175...but i haven't really benched period for like 10 months until this month...and i'll take the 5 pound pr.

really enjoying this style of training....thanks to darkhorse for the idea in another thread. week 1: 3 x 5rm...week 2: 3 x 3rm....week 3: 3 x 1rm. just gonna rotate 3 upper exercises...incline bench, military press, floor press. gonna rotate high bar free squat, and high bar box squat....and then rdl's, sumos, rack pulls. probably won't rotate accessories much until i stop progressing on them. but everything feels good...shoulders are doing quite well, so are the knees...and i'm sleeping like a baby. diet is real good...3k calories on non training days, and about 3500 on training days...and weight is sticking right at 133-135.

vid of the pr:

i'm pretty comfortable eating this amount...it'd be cool if i could gain on it...but...eh

9/11

high bar free squat - 1RM - 185 (180 x 1 x 2....185 x 1....190 x m)

king deads - 65, 3 x 10
ss w/
kneeling pallof iso's - mini band, 3 x 12 sec

pullups - 22.5, 2 x 5....20 + mini band x 5

both the 180 and 185 are pr's...most i've ever free squatted. looking very forward to deload week. nephews gave me some flu bug...i been out of it the last two days...i ate a huge nasty calorie filled lunch today, and i think it's doing the trick to getting me back on track.

sumo rack is here...gonna start putting it together tonite. the safety bars are beefy as shit...they weigh a ton.
