Your home gym got a lot fancier since the last time I've really been around. Nice. Lifts are looking great

sumos: 5RM - 230 x 5....220 x 5 x 2

split squats: 110, 2 x 7

CS neut grip rows: 110, 4 x 5

wood chops: mini band, 2 x 11

230 might be a PR...don't know.....split squats will stick around another week....next week might be the last for the rows....they were hard....that's what she said. felt good to sumo again.

anderson fronts: 130 x 3, 135 x 3, 140 x 3, 145 x 3

concentric gm's: 70, 4 x 10
king deads: 85, 2 x 7

pullups: +25, 3 x 5
reverse crunches: +10, 2 x 16

andersons felt reallllll good. 145 was pretty damn tough. read an interview with wendler talking about how he loves gm's...but rarely uses more than 135....so i figure...what the hell...might as well throw them in for a month with pretty low weight...should be good for some lower back endurance. fun workout. ready for zee weekend.
