sumos: 1RM - 290 x 1 x 2 (10 lb pr)....300 x miss x 2

split squats: 120, 2 x 7 (pr)

barbell rows: 90, 4 x 5

double leg lowering: 2 x 8


after acclimation i think i would have had the 300 if i had jumped right to it...instead of hitting 290. shit barely moved. but i got 3 months to hit 300...so time to get some good work in.

i put on two pounds :( up to 135. i was nervous as shit the first time i went to pull 300...that could have been it....but i'll get it....soon. thanks boys.

military press: 125 x 1.....120 x 1 x 2

pushups: +45, 2 x 10

chin up iso's: 3 x 15 sec.

chinups: 1 x 11



i was tired as shit today. no idea why. could have taken a nap at any time during this workout think i'll move the chinup iso's to monday...with some bw chins...leave weighted chins on friday...and rows on wednesday. ready for deload next week.
