11/20

rack pulls: 220 x 3, 235 x 3, 250 x 7

unilateral conc. gm's: 45, 2 x 7
side planks: 45, 50 sec.

chins: +37.5....5,4,3,4
double leg lowering: +2 pounds total in ankle weights, 1 x 5...no weights, 1 x 5

very happy with the chins...up 2.5 pounds from last week, and got in 2 more reps. my ass was ready to sit on the bench after the gm's and planks. could tell i had not done double leg lowering for awhile...or i was just tired from the planks...but it was tough keeping that lower back on the floor.

got a vid of the pulls...if youtube will let it upload...yay...it did.

How can you stand benching without a shirt on? I absolutely hate 'peeling' off of the bench after a set, lol.
