hit up some light sled dragging yesterday...60 pounds for four 2 minute trips...and like 35 fat grip pullups.

body saw: 15 reps


i think 2 days a week is gonna become a staple...work has been too physical lately

uni overhead press: 42.5 x 8, 45 x 8

chins: 27.5 x 8, 25 x 8, 20 x 8
planks: +10, 2 x 45 sec.

last workout before flying out to connecticut tomorrow. pretty excited. hit a 5 pound pr on the chins.

+4" rack pulls: 240 x 5, 180 x 10

incline bench: 132.5 x 7, 17.5 x 7
db rows: 57.5, 2 x 11

banded face pulls and some cuff stuff.

did not eat clean at all on vacation, or get much quality sleep it was fun as shit though. got sixty pounds worth of chains coming so i can more easily add weight to pushups...and other stuff.
