ng military press: 92.5 x 8


7/22

trap bar deads: 290 x 1 x 2, 275 x 1, 265 x 1

rdl's: 160, 7 x 3 in 3:15

rollouts w/ab wheel: 2 x fail

Nice music selection also. The music at my gym makes me want to puke most times.

they are fun if i had to listen to gym music...i would stick my head in boiling acid

7/23

incline bench: 160 x 3, 157.5 x 3, 155 x 3, 150 x 4

pushups: +35 x 8, 8, 7
1 arm chins: 5" down from bar 3 x 3...3" down 2 x 3

pallof's: 4 x 5 sec. holds x 2


7 weeks ago my incline bench 3rm was 140. i r happy.

didn't do much last week....felt good.

i did hit 162.5 x 3 on the incline...and 50 x 5 on chins for a small pr.


this week:

monday: sumos: 230 x 3, 220 x 3 x 2

pistols with very slow neg: +10, 3 x 3
suitcase deads: 65, 3 x 3

slideboard leg curls: +10 x 13, 10


today:

incline bench: 165 x 2, 160 x 3, 157.3 x 3, 150 x 5

pushups: +35 x 10, 9, 9
inverted rows: +10 x 10, 10, 9, 8

rollouts from knees: 2 x fail
