haha....my mom complains that there is nothing she can do about her cholesterol....and she eats those two alot

i usually just stick my foot straight out and lower until it's close to/on the ground.

i gotta go back and read force couples to get the progressions.

Right..I just figure you should be able to handle more than that. Especially given all the core work you do, etc..

Overheads look real good. You stop your ROM just as your low back hits a pretty much straight position which I think is great.

....also, gotta love your green carpet. Perfect for a workout room.
