12/14/08

tired as shit. been working late since somebody on vacation.

front box squats - 115, 2 x 5, 1 x 8

bulgarians - 70, 3 x 6

bent over lateral/trap raises - 5's, 3 x 10 w/ 10 second static hold on last rep.

dip shrugs - 3 x 15

reverse curls - 3 x 15

i think after some cardio yesterday i overstretched my right hip flexors a little bit...getting out of the hole on the bulgarians on that leg were kinda tough. and weak.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

so far so good...the pads kinda hit my collar bone if they are in the right position...which is annoying...and the bar is still choking me it's just the place where it chokes me is higher

the first couple times i used it...i had it farther out towards my upper arms than i should have had it....and it pulled me forward a bit...so i just remember to get that bar right on my neck.
