stepups off of two pillows:
45, 2 x 10
double leg lowering on roller:
2 x fail
10 singles took awhile...and i wanted to be done so i grinded out a double

front squats are not bothering my shoulder. so i'm gonna run with it until i see the surgeon.
really working on being very tight and upright on the front squats
stepups off the pillow are pretty fun...it inhibits the pushoff, and really allow to drive through the heel.
