1/11

incline bench: 100, 3 x 8
pistols w/ band: +10, 3 x 6

uni gm's: 40, 2 x 8
chinups: +10 x 8, +15 x 8, +20 x 8

301 tempo on everything except chins...it was more like 202. feels really weird to have a pump.

incline: 110, 3 x 8....301 tempo
pistols w/band: +12.5, 3 x 6

slide board leg curls: 3 x 8
chinups: 22.5 x 8, 15 x 8, 10 x 8

i'd like to make it to 3 x 5 w/ 20 pounds on pistols...that would be neato. it's tough stopping just below parallel....but my knees don't like going all the way down. chins were pretty damn tough...i like singles more.

fat grip db bench: 55 x 8, 50 x 8

fat grip db row: 50, 2 x 8
slideboard leg curls: 2 x 9

with tax return i gonna get a trap bar for deadlifts...and a slideboard....so i can do lunges/overhead lunges and leg curls. got some fat gripz for giggles...i like them so far, very fun.
