its like a cold you get for a month, and you cant do anything that raises your heartrate. our quarterback had it last year after the season. its sometimes called the kissing disease.

Also comes with a lovely inflamation of the liver if I remember correctly. Which means no drinking!...thank God I have never gotten it.
