Notes:
Meet on Saturday, so a real short easy workout. I figured OH Squats would be a good choice to get the whole body involved. Since I've been losing weight all week, I just had to feel my opening weight again to be sure I have some strength. It felt a tad heaver than Monday, but it went up no problem.

I heard on the radio this morning that it's Tony Iommi's birthday today, and it gave me the idea to crank some Iommi on the iPod while working out. It's been awhile since I listened to Sabbath or Iommi. Too bad the workout was so short...maybe I'll finish listening to it tonight.
