I actually ended up getting stuck an regressing on Monday's bench. Plus Friday. Had to scale back the weight on Monday (could have done all sorts of other things I just chose that). So yeah, you're doing well

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Alright so what's going on with deadlfit? You put 5 pounds on but I thought you were having all kinds of trouble. If you did the lower back lever method I'm gonna be pissed

carry on....

BTW, I'm still thinking that some something fast off the floor on Monday and switching deads to Friday may have some advantages, like that "other guy" said. If it's working right now the way it is though....

Well you would have been much better off using a steady progression in the first place even if it fell short of your goal/expectations. 225 to 275 back down to 225 then all the way down to 135 then back to 225....it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. If it ain't happening at your current load then random loading and skipping around aint gonna make it happen.

If you stay around you current load then I doubt you'll pick it back up. Just call it a hunch. What happened to the plan?

Anuj, we all know you can deadlift...I think you're just screwing with your head. Get in there and lift that bar!

No I've seen the vids. He's having some basic troubles that need to be addressed sensibly. Frankly I think training to failure for extended periods on the big 3 (DC) is screwed up. It's cemented some bad habits and messed up motor patterns. You can't just keep blindly plunging ahead while things fall apart on a program like this and with deads it's important that you progress while maintaining proper form and movement patterns. This isn't something he'll be hanging up next week and taking a break.

But yes, Anuj can deadlift. Everyone hits snags sooner or later though.
