That's good progress on the pullups.

i dunno but after doing this i always feel a bit different on my shoulders - in a nice way that is....my shoulders feel happy i guess hehe

That's exactly the kind of thing I want to hear. This plus all the other scapular stabilization things give me this same feeling. I love Facepulls for this reason also. I am used to my shoulders being always a little uncomfortable if not hurting. But when you first start these things it's just like you say...it feels strange but in a good way. It's like your shouders are thanking you. I've been doing them for probably a good year if not a little longer and my shoulders feel a lot more stable and healthy in general. I honestly can't say that about any other exercises...not even specific rotator cuff things, which are just as likely to fuck you up as to help you if you make one tiny mistake.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I watched them. Great work. You look really thick on the press vid, btw. Good to see all this. I remember not long ago you contemplating never lifting again!

If your calves show on a video just stand in water while you lift.
