Default random lifting of a lineman (soon to be rippetoes starting)

alright, i desided to start posting my workouts in here for you to yell at me about. i wont have much control over what i do untill 2 weeks from now when i get away from the football coaches. so this is what i did yesterday

02/26/2007
bench press: 6x5 at 175 then 6x10 at 165

squats: 1x5 at 225 then 2x5 at 260

deadlift 4x5 at 245

seated row: 3x10 at 120 (weak back sorry)

3x50 crunches

it took a hole 2.5 hours to get that done with 5 other lineman lifting with me.

this is what i did today
02/27/2007

recumbant bike: 20minutes on hills

didn't do any actually lifting because of being sore everywhere and i had drivers ed starting 45 minutes after school ends.

20 minutes on the recumbant bike again.

i upped the resistance a little bit and got 650 cal. this time i had water while on the bike, that helps alot. i'll get a proper lift in tommorow if we have school cuz theres snow in the forecast. im really hoping for school.

note to self: stop going to McDonalds all together, there stuff makes you have a stomach ache.

we did our first team lift today, suprisingly we had 34 guys there. coach had us do some organized stretching, the kind you can do while moving, you know. then he explained all 15 lifts in the curcit we are gunna be doing till the season starts. we partnered up with anyone about our strenght (i got with our starting left tackle from last season). we did
incline 1x9 at 135,
bench 1x5 at 205,
lat pulldown 1x12 at 150,
front squat1x10 at 135,
leg press 1x8 at 365,
overhead jerks 1x14 at 135,
upright rows 1x12 at 65,
cleans 1x12 at 135,
leg etentions1x8 at 75,
calf raises 1x20 at 180,
leg curls1x12 at 115,
bicep curls1x7 with 30's,
strait arm extentions1x15 with 15's,
tricep extentions1x12 with a 40 and of course
bent over rows1x14 at 135. we only did the curcit once though hence only one set on each lift. then we did abs, and we ended it all up with plyometrics on the boxes. after the team was done i did an extra 3x8 at 175 on bench. im pretty much junk right now. but i like the curcit training better then what ive done before.

yea, i know. im not sure if our coach knows anything about lifting. i did a quick lift after school to supplement what i did yesterday. again i didn't have much time (25 minutes) so bear with me.

bench: 2x8 at 185 1x5 at 195 1x5 at 205 (showing off to the softball team on the last 1)

leg press: 4x8 at 395

legs still sore from mondays lift, i guess i need more then 1 shakes in the day.. knee kinda bugging me i think ill keep taking my calcium supplements. no time for bench or anything, plus i did bench yesterday. maybe i shoulda done lat pulldown or rows or something if i had more time, oh well.
