squat: 3x5 at 235
dips: 2x8 at bodyweight (PR)
deadlift:1x5 at 295

hurt my knee a little doing squat. had to lower the row weight to get my form right (coach told me i was doing it wrong, to much leg movement and not bent over enough)

military press: 3x5 at 115
squat: 3x5 at 245
bent over rows: 3x5 at 155
pull ups: 4x2 at bodyweight

I think there is always some part of my back that is sore, lol. Wehn your start seriously strength training, especially in this style back is the part that is hit more than anything. You'll likely get better at recovering from it.

That said if you feel your back is "overtrained" you can take an extra day off here and there. As long as you don't go more than 72 hours you should keep progressing no problem. Meanwhile you could always start loading 5 pounds instead of 10.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

next time if u cant workout on friday, its fine. u dont need to merge 2 workouts together. u might end up hindering progress and that is a big nono

Just to let you know, none of the machines in gyms are accurate when it comes to calculating calories burnt. It is an approximation that doesn't take in the the many complexities of the human body that are different on a individual level. Just go for intensity more than anything else. Time yourself, see how far you traveled.
