Thought I'd check in. Those motivation problems hit me hard, and I went two months almost to the day without doing any workouts whatsoever aside from keeping up with my pullups. I've lost most of what I built up over the period of lifting, but just couldn't make myself get back. Even now that I've hit the gym a few times I still haven't enjoyed it like I did pre-injuries. Hopefully that'll come someday, until then I've just kinda been getting in there to get in there. Doing what I feel like, but making sure all the bases are covered. I hope everyone's doing well

PS had one of the last surgeries we're expecting in the end of December, the rod was removed from my other femur. 18" long by 12mm diameter. The rods were bigger than they needed for my size because when I was on the operating table they looked at my mass (175lb at the time) and figured I was 6'3" or 6'4"... I'm 5'10". These days I would very much look it

It's too bad that you're not feeling too motivated... The call of the iron will get you again sooner or later. lol
