^^ yeah thats whats up, I'm sure I'll change things up as I go, mix in new movements, and different rep ranges. I like to go high rep on isolations an shit for the most part, and lower on compounds. I just want to keep the strength I have at this point, I know its going to be hard with all the cardio.

I hit the tredmil on friday for 30 min, I've been sore as hell, but this 2 day rest is helping alot. I start the new job tomorrow, so I'll be running after that now.

Monday was my first day on the job, so I was exhausted when I got home and went to bed early. I had nothing left, so I said to hell with it.

Tuesday
Incline Bench 205,215,225 (3x3)
Squat 225,235,245
SLDL 185,195,205
BB curl 110x8x2
tri ext 45x8x2

I dont know why, but everything felt really light today. Incline is suprisingly easier on my shoulder then flat, and 225 felt like 135 today. Kinda the same with squats, 245 was more then easy, it was simple. God I love days like this.

Thanks everyone,

The last few days have been rough, the new job is pretty demanding, and i've ended up working some overtime. Its kept me out of the gym, but I havent been inactive. Last night I did a "herschel walker" workout. Thats where you sit in front of the tv, and when a comercial comes on, you do as many push ups as you can for that comercial, then for the next, as many sit ups ... rinse and repeat.

Its not optimal, but after watching smallville (cause I'm a comic nerd) I was pretty dam tired.

My diet hasnt been completely on point this week, but it hasnt been bad. I'm eating clean, but I'm not eating enough, I'm hungry constantly.

I agree its pretty bad pity, but I'm pretty much in love with the chick who plays lana so I'm hooked. I cant do anything about it ahahaha.

I have a feeling this job is going to make things difficult for me and having time for the gym. But its cool, I'll make it work, I gotta keep those pay checks rolling talo.
