Default Soon to be back at it folks.

I ordered 3 kettlebells which should arrive in the next few days (2x30lbs, 1x65lbs). I'm in the process of picking up a tredmil, and I'm also ordering some boxing equiptment, several sets of gloves, and pads.

My roomates want me to teach them to strike, so I'm going to use that as cardio as well.

I am going to start back up on a ckd type diet, slightly modified as is my usual protocol. I'll get all my numbers together, and plan it all out soon, and post if for your critique. I will be doing the same with the kettlebell workouts, I may do more then one workout per week to keep things interesting.

so here is the overall new plan, Let me know what you think.

Mon - AM KB training PM boxing
Tues - AM cardio
Wed - AM KB training PM boxing
Thurs - AM cardio
Frid - AM KB training / depletion w/o
Sat - refeed
Sun - rest, back to low carb.

Instead of a restraining order, beat the shit out of the bitch so she won't dare come back.

Just a quick update, I havent really gotten anything set in stone as as far as workouts go. But my diet is getting better little by little, I'm back on the low carb, it seems to be the only thing that actually works for me.

got in about 45 min of boxing training with my roomate last night, I went and bought two sets of gloves, and hand pads, he was loving it, but it wasnt too much of a workout for me, as I was teaching him, and holding the pads. But I did break a sweat so thats good.

I also had a nice little suprise this morning, I'm down 7lbs in the last two weeks, from 260 to 253. I'm hoping to keep a steady rate of loss across the next few months.

Monsta, thanks man, I was pleasantly suprised by it, I'm really sure why I'm losing, but I'm tweaking the diet so I'm sure that helped.

Dave, thanks again, the kb's wont be in till early next week, I'll play with them and I'm sure I'll have some questions.
