My Dad taught me basic karate and Aikido at about age 10. Goju was the first "official school" I joined. Starting at age 12, I went there for about 4 years. I was close to getting my brown belt and then my mother couldn't afford it anymore. Then after I turned 16, I started being able to work and started Kempo and I got up to Sho Dan. I don't know if my Goju school is still around but I know my Kempo school shut down for a little bit then reopened somewhere else.

Thanks Dan, it really was amazing. She was a little over three weeks early so it was a little scary for a while, but my niece is doing just fine now.
I didnt have a chance to do much of anything last week, but i tried to eat as clean as I could, save a few WaWa hogies hahaaha.
Tuesdays workout:
Flat bb bench: 145x15, 155x15, 165x15
Row Machine: 200x15, 220x15, 230x15
squats: 135x10, 185x5, 225x5
bb curls: 95x8x2
tri push downs: 60x8x2
*Notes:
I dropped the cardio before the workout, I will start with cardio on the off days tonight. My strength is increasing, but it is still uncomfortable benching, especially from rep 10-15 on the heavier sets.

Thursday:
SLDL: 135x12, 155x12
Deads: 225x5,245x5,275x3
seated db press: 65x12, 70x12, 70x12
Pull downs: 130x15, 140x15, 150x15
tri push down: 60x8x2
hammer curls: 45x8x2
*Notes:
Wieght this morning was 253, aparently the diet isnt going so well. I've put on 3lbs in three weeks, I'm a little pissed at myself, I havent been as strict as I should be. I think I need to drop my cals a bit, and start actually doing cardio
I cant really be mad about the strength numbers though, I feel strong as hell compared to a month ago, my deads and squats will be a main focus for a while. The only thing lagging badly is bench, but thats to be expected I guess.

Yeah i know, I dislike putting it in before lifting, it sapps a lot of energy, and I dont like being tired and trying to push real wieghts. And I know if I leave it till after, I just wont do it. So the only solution is to do it on off days. I just gotta stop being so dam lazy.

I am experimenting with this 2 sets of 5, one set of 3 rep ranges, I am liking it so far. The dips were very difficult, my shoulder didnt like them much, but I was told to start doing them so I will do them.

Time to get back on horse I suppose. I've been lazy for long enough, its time to get back on track. I am starting a new routine, new diet, and new "suppliment" scheme now. So let me outline ...
Training:
T,Tr,Sat full body (saterdays will be every other week)
Tuesday
Flat bench 5,5,3
Upright Row 5,5,3
SLDL 2x8
DB curls 2x8
tri ext 2x8
Halos 2x8
Thursday
Squats 5,5,3
Mil Press 5,5,3
BB curls 2x8
tri push down 2x8
Front/Side raise 2x2x8
Saterday
Deadlift 5,5,3
Dips 2x8
hammer curl 2x8
Incline flys 2x8
Wieghts will increase 5-10lbs a week, spaced so that week 1's set of 3 becomes week 3's second set of 5.
Cardio will be on MWF, 30 min eliptical (I finally got my eliptical, the thing is perfect).
Diet:
I'm going to be using a modified CKD, keeping carbs under 50g per day, except on lifting days where it will get up to around 75g. I will begin carbing up after Saterdays workout, or On sunday morning depending on if I lift that perticular saterday or not. Cals will be right around 3000, keeping protien up over 300g a day, and fats over 100g.
Meals @ 8am, 10:30am, 1pm, 4:30pm, 8pm, and a small snack before bed. Of course those times will shift slightly due to pre and post workout shakes.
"Suppliments"
I've decided its time for a small recomp cycle to get back to my former glory hahaha. Here is the break down, the cycle will be 6-8 weeks of transdermal 4AD @ 500 - 700mg ed, stacked with epimax (epistane/havoc clone) @ 20 - 40mg ed.
PCT will be 4 weeks long, consisting of Nolva in a 40/30/20/10 taper, Activate extreme at 6 caps a day, and a tribulus product to kick LH production back up.
PPCT, I am going to over lap the last week of PCT with an xfactor cycle. 50 days @ 4 caps a day. At which point I will back my wieghts off, and begin an HST like routine. When there is exactly 10 days left in that cycle, I will begin supplimenting with ecdy/turk/bcaa but I dont have the specifics of that just yet.
Daily supps that will be run throughout are:
Sesamin (except when on xfactor)
Fish oil (except when on xfactor)
Pro liver
B-complex
C-complex
Leviathan Reloaded (5 days on 2 off)
Super Greens (phyto foods)
Whey
WMS
Thoughts and suggestions as always are welcome, and I suppose I should mention Mondays workout
25 minutes AM fasted cardio, on the eliptical.
Edit: Starting Wt: 256lbs
