Tonights workout

Flat bench 195x5,205x5,225x3
Upright Row 270x5,290x5,320x3
SLDL 135x8,155x8
DB curls 30x8x2
tri ext 35x8x2
Halos 25x8,35x8

Everything but bench felt really good. I'm still having some trouble with it. Its a very wierd feeling, almost like as I lower the bar, my shoulder is seperating. I did feel pretty strong as far as the lift goes, I could have repped 225 a few more times if need be.

25 minutes fasted cardio on the eliptical this morning.

I'm actually really liking this am cardio deal, I feel so much more energized going through the day, and of course the leviathan is helping in that area too.

Thursdays workout
Squats 225x5,235x5,255x3
Mil Press 115x5,125x5,145x3
BB curls 75x8x2
tri push down 130x8x2
db pull over 10x10x3

I replaced Front/Side raise with db pull over mainly because my doctor reccomended I do so. He said that it will help strengthen the part of pec major that attaches to the clavical, which is what I need. I will be adding in 2-3 sets of 10 every workout to accomplish that.

On a side note, I swear to god, if one more person walks close to the bar while i'm squating, i'm going to lose it. I know the bar stick out over the sides of the rack, and I dont care if your being "careful", your still putting me in danger when I have 255lbs on my back ... quickie rant done

Talo - This is actually the first week since the tester thread ended. And this is the new Leviathan Reloaded. I am doing it a little differently this time, dosing one cap upon waking, one around lunch, and one around 6pm (pre workout usually). I feel less "stimed out", and I think its working pretty well. I'm down 2lbs in 5 days, mostly water I am assuming, although I'm not pissing every three minutes like the first version, and I'm drinking more then a gallon a day.

Hit - yeah I used to feel that way about getting up early, recently though I found this trick to get me out of bed. I sit a bottle of water, and one cap of leviathan reloaded by my alarm clock. As soon as the alarm goes off, I throw that back, then in 10 minutes, whether I wanna be up or not, I am, and I'm on the eliptical hahaha. It helps having a cardio machine in my living room too, if I had to go to the gym in the morning I'd never do it.

Oh, yeah Hit, dude was close to catching a beating honestly, if he had done it once, it would be understandable, but it was 3 times, so I felt the need to say something. Its one thing to be oblivious, but he saw me unrack, and decided he didnt want to wait, so fuck him, and his 135lb deadlift

This morning another 25 minutes fasted cardio on the eliptical

wt this am 254lbs (-2lbs)

Weekend Recap:

Friday night was a disaster as far as diet goes, I went to a party and had some finger food, which wasnt that bad. But I hardly ate, and I drank my fare share of beer, and of course I had to have a burger on the way home ... but it did taste good. I went light on the carb up for the rest of the weekend.

I hit the elip yesterday for 25 minutes as usual, and threw in some push ups an such for good measure. I'm getting past the week 1 soreness, especially from the cardio. I put off the saterday deadlift workout because I was so sore, but I'll hit it up this coming saterday.

quick note: I dont know what it is lately, but wierd shit keeps happening. A midget tried to fight me at the party I was at on friday. I just dont understand it, and to be honest I was very offended, but I have no interest in hitting a midget, so I walked away.

hahaha thanks guys, I will say this, fighting a midget would be like fighting a woman. If a midget kicks your ass, you look really really stupid, if you kick a midgets ass, congrats great accomplishment, you still look like an asshole. Its a lose, lose situation.

Tuesday's workout

Flat bench 205x5,215x5,235x3
Upright Row 270x5,290x5,320x3
SLDL 155x8,165x8
DB curls 45x8x2
tri ext 35x8x2
Halos 25x8,35x8
db pull over 15x10x3

I felt pretty strong on all lifts, bench is still uncomfortable, but strong none the less. I miss counted on rows, thats why they stayed the same as last week, I need to focus a little more.

Wed morning

25 minutes elip

the usual, my body is starting to get used to this, so the soreness is fading quickly. The 4ad should be kicking in soon so that helps too. I havent felt much from the epi yet, although they say it can cause calf pumps/cramps which I was hurting from last week. Either way I cant wait for this cycle to kick in full swing, and i sure as hell cant wait to squat tomorrow.
