Wow. He has a weird style of a pl'r. He has a very high bar position (it looks like) with a wide stance. More upright than most.

Man your spine is pretty crooked.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I haven't really thought that much about it because most (at least half) of the guys at the gym squat like that. I think I'm used to seeing it, but after you mentioned it, it's more obvious.

I do have a crooked spine. It looks even more crooked in the other x-ray. Even my gait is off a good bit because of it.

I went back and found the atlas stones vid! Can't believe I missed that one. Very cool.

Yeah...I mentioned the competition to a couple of my buddies. They are stronger than me. I've been training and doing all of this stuff for about a month or more. In any case, I've had several training sessions. I went down to show them the ropes with some of the different events and they did everything very well. Much better than me. Technique was at least as good. Haha now they want to compete in April and that means it will be two more people that will most likely place in front of me. Oh well..it makes the gym look good anyway, I suppose.

It's definitely a big help. I wouldn't be where I am if I wasn't around those guys. They've helped me a lot with form, technique, encouragement, and motivation.

Deadlifts - 275X3, 315X1, 335X1, 365X1
RDLs

Had to leave in the middle of my workout because I forgot about some stuff that I had to get done by a certain time. Good thing I happened to look at the clock. I went as heavy as I was going to go on deadlifts anyway. 365 was easy. I'll probably take next week easy and then do some max effort work the following week.
