Thanks man. It was my first training session with the other powerlifters. I'm liking it already.

It was the prowler. We loaded it with...I don't know how much weight and then pushed it. Long steps, feet flat on the ground. I could really feel it in my hips and hamstrings. We made 30m trips with it. The other guys pulled the skid steer track also, but I wasn't feeling up to it.

I assume these are PL style squats? Feet real wide and to parallel. Squat suit?

Nice work regardless though.

They weren't olympic squats. My stance is pretty narrow compared to the other guys, but it's still wide. These squats were raw...no wraps or suit. The only squat that was parallel was the first rep at 355; all of the others were at least an inch below.

I am curious to see what I could do in wraps and a suit, but I am just focusing on bringing my raw lifts up. Do you ever lift in gear?

Great squatting , Ross !

I think your going about it the right way with improving on your raw lifts first.

I'm an asshole. I mean literally and virtually an asshole in the organic sense.
